We will soon launch a trial of the new digital application, Rel8.app with a small group of families. Rel8.app enables carers to share daily adventures, activities and updates with families. Whether it’s a photo of a resident enjoying a group activity, a notification about an upcoming event, or a wellness check update, Rel8.app ensures families stay informed and connected. This fosters trust and reassurance, strengthening the relationships between carers, residents and their loved one.
This platform aims to improve communication and engagement, with a full rollout planned following feedback and refinement from the pilot group.
